Training of Coaches
Empowering coaches with the skills and knowledge to inspire and lead through inclusive table tennis training programs in Italy and Turkey.

The training of coaches has successfully equipped 55 participants, including 41 in Turkey and 14 in Italy, with advanced table tennis coaching skills and techniques. It has also fostered a sense of community and inclusion by bringing together diverse groups to learn and grow through the sport.
"My involvement in the TTABLE project also included cross-border meetings, providing insights into effective meeting practices in different countries. As a coach, I have met many children, families, and coaches, forming sincere friendships with project partners. I continue to teach table tennis to children, sharing the joy of the sport with those unfamiliar with it."

Training of Children
In the TTABLE project, we achieved significant outreach and impact across various locations, engaging a total of 948 beneficiaries. Here is a detailed breakdown of the beneficiaries:

In Italy, the TTABLE project primarily engaged children aged 11 to 14, with the highest attendance among 11-12 year olds. The majority of participants were Italian, but there was also notable representation from Bangladesh, Ecuador, Morocco, Algeria, Georgia, Ukraine, Pakistan, and Romania, reflecting a diverse group with a predominance of Italian participants.

In Turkey, the participants were mainly aged 8 to 14, a crucial period for developing table tennis skills. Syrian participants made up 27.2% of the group, showcasing the project’s success in engaging the refugee community. Turkish participants accounted for 71.7%, indicating strong local engagement and integration within the host community.
"Through the project, my confidence grew, and I formed stronger friendships. The surprise my friends arranged for my birthday was particularly touching."
